We know our training does, and we’d like to invite you to join us at our next quarterly symposium on leadership development to see if you agree. Delivered by practitioners with over twenty years’ experience of leading successful teams to achieve tough challenges.
Our symposiums are informative and relaxed with some practical applications that can be taken away and exploited by our attendees.

As well as hearing from our CEO (Vicky Maddison), we’re pleased to confirm that we will be joined by an exciting guest speaker on the day. A representative (Captain Gavin Wink) from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) will present on the techniques they use to identify and nurture leadership talent.
We will also be debating the pros and cons of using psychometric tools to identify leadership potential. As well as providing evidence-based methods of developing leadership values and qualities within your teams.
